Excellent service! Our air conditioning unit quit working and was blowing hot air into the house. I have breathing problems and they came quickly on an emergency call and got it running but let us know exactly what was going on. Our unit was 25 years old and needs replacement. We are having them replace the unit.

Everyone, from the nice lady who answered the phone to the nice gentleman who came to my home for the repair of my central air are great people. I bought a new unit from another company several years ago. At that time I had an unexpected bad health condition which, against my wishes, left me disabled. I had to cash in my 401k to buy a new central air unit. Not long after this purchase I received papers in the mail that the unit had been recalled. After the warranty expired and I needed a repair. The company I bought it from told me I needed to call another company. This is when I called FBR and they couldn't have been any nicer. Mr. Hale had my unit blowing cold air again. Definitely loved having these guys come fix and replace my water heater, they were great to work with, personable and professional. Saw the issues at hand and fixed them period. They went above and beyond for me and I couldn't have had a better experience for once. I come from another state where good workers are not so often found. We had two new systems installed
Few days later one quit Frank and crew came out a few times and fixed it for it to quit again
finally Frank said he is too busy with other jobs to keep coming back
Said he would get back to us it’s been a year without heating and air still haven’t heard back.
