We had a policy with them and called July 9 to cancel. I spoke with Steven on the phone who confirmed cancellation. I didn’t hear anything for a few weeks and sent an email on July 20 to confirm cancellation and put it in writing. I then spoke with Steven on August 2 and was advised that the check was sent to the property address and not our billing address. The correct address was provided and was told my check would be reissued. August 31 an email was sent asking for the check the be reissued as it was not received. It is now September 4 and I still do not have my refund of ~$1,400. Under no circumstances should it take 2 months to get a refund after cancelling a policy, or nearly 7 weeks since giving the correct address which is where it should have been sent in the first place.

Scott is my agent at this office. He is one of the best in the Farm Bureau. It's very easy to tell that Scott loves his job and is very good at it. I've had Scott write an auto insurance policy for my Tahoe as well as my health insurance policy. He was very easy to arrange a time to meet up, he was very thorough and took his time explaining everything. It's very apparent that he had our best interests in mind as he explained different options and made recommendations to my wife and I.

Greg Mace is my agent, very friendly and personalized. Answered all my questions quickly over the phone, has great office staff, and than made a visit to my home with all paperwork to cover my car and home as a package.
