Today, Dr. Adam Fields excised a cyst on my mother. He was kind, professional, patient and caring with her. She is 78 and is currently a chemo patient. Fragile describes her best. He was calm, mild, caring and precise. It went well, my mother is doing well.
About 13 years ago, Dr. Fields removed my gall bladder. I remember clearly, his kindness then, he made all the difference. It was a Monday morning, and I had an emergency surgery. I had been in terrible pain all Sunday and drove myself to the ER. I fainted at the counter of the ER. When I awakened the pain was overwhelming. Within the hour I was on the surgical table. A mild mannered man approached me and asked, “how are you doing?”
I confided in him, “I am scared”.
- Tears rolled down my cheeks as I lay there, naked with arms out, IV in my arm, in fear for my life.
Dr. Fields put his warm hand on my forehead and whispered softly in my ear,
“I am going to take care of you, everything will be ok”.
In that moment, I believed him and felt calm. Everything DID turn out very well.
I have profound respect for his bedside manner. The humanity he displays, is not lost, it does not go unnoticed. He is a man with great skill and a huge heart. A true asset to the Dignity group.

Physical therapy given over one month after an injury. Horrible service for patient needs. Marissa could not even transfer the call to another location when asked and cited phone problems. We have been coming to Facey for years and years. Maybe it’s time for them to get more help as they appear short staffed in Mission Hills. Thanks for nothing but continued pain and discomfort.

The building may be nice but that’s as far as it goes. The staff is rude and the wait time is horrendous. Am I paying for a PPO or medi-cal? I know healthcare in general is a joke but Facey is the funniest of them all. Hard pass.

Dr. Castelblanco, our pediatrician, is an exceptional healthcare professional. Her cheerful demeanor is evident from the moment she enters the room, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Despite wearing a mask, her radiant smile and friendly nature shine through, putting patients at ease. Dr. Castelblanco is knowledgeable and attentive, consistently addressing all our concerns with patience and understanding. Even with frequent visits due to our large family, she never shows any sign of frustration or reluctance. Her dedication and compassion make her an outstanding doctor who truly cares for her patients.

Dr. Soumah, my OBGYN, is an outstanding physician. Throughout all of my prenatal appointments, she was exceptionally thorough, which was particularly reassuring given my high-risk status. Her soothing voice helped make each exam more comfortable and less stressful. While I don’t plan on having more children, if I did, I would undoubtedly choose to see Dr. Soumah again. Her meticulous care and calming presence make her an exceptional choice for anyone seeking prenatal care.

Poor service, incredibly long wait times, and unwarranted reschedules -whenever they feel like it. This is not a medical group, but an insurance scamming worm. My first appointment was not available for 3.5 months!!! Why am I paying over $300 a month in insurance, to be treated so poorly!

I can only speak for my experience over 5 years taking my 94 year old mother to Dr Andrea Sanchez. It has been nothing but a pleasure, she is kind, patient, understanding (and funny). She listens and is very comforting to my mother. Everything is well organized. I couldn't recommend it more.
