They work their best to take you into a fee trap and then put a bill against you. I received a phone call from express solicitors asking do I have any accident in the last three years. On the basis of 100% no win no fee they took my details. They lost the case but then sent me the bill of £7,000.

After having an accident, I decided to look into making a claim. I initially contacted this company as I'd heard of them before. So I stupidly filled out a form with my details.

Since then, I've seen a lot of bad reviews for the company so changed my mind on using them. Keeping your previous customers happy will make a big difference on whether future people decide to use you too. In this case there were enough negative reviews to put me off.

Since then, I have been bombarded with call after call after call. The people making the calls are clearly Telesales types, certainly not lawyers. They have a whole list of names to contact and will keep trying you for eternity. I've since blocked the number but they're STILL leaving me voicemails.

I AM NOT INTERESTED IN USING YOUR SERVICE. STOP HARASSING ME.

Bad communication. As the claimant, my defendant admitted liability immediately so not alot for themvto actually do. Was advised to go to Court for more money but not enough awarded to pay the After Event Insurance ( which they had already paid me back previously) so now want me to pay back over £1,100! They make so much out of you ....over £25,000 when I get £6,800 for all my genuine pain and on-gojng suffering. No communication before Court due to sickness and bad communistion so missed vital health documents!! Overall opinion is SCAMMERS.
