John and his team not only deliver on what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it, they are always available to answer questions and solve problems along the way. I have never dealt with a lender that will call at 8pm on a Sunday like John does to discuss a loan. It is refreshing to work with someone that will actually answer the phone when you call, and the service doesn't stop when the loan funds: Kar and the draw team work quick to complete and fund the draw process faster than any lender I have worked with as well.

Excellent service my broker John sotiropoulos is the best if you need rehab loans, refinance and more. I have used express capital financing and will continue to do so. We just finish closing on a 3 family here in Bristol CT that took them 3 weeks to close!! You can’t beat that, and as far as the draws for the rehab. The response time is excellent and extremely efficient.
