I wanted to take a moment to share my experience renting from Executive Properties. I’ve been with them for four years now, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing.
Too often, we only hear about companies when things go wrong — but in this case, everything has been going so smoothly that I felt it was worth highlighting. The entire team is prompt, attentive, and incredibly friendly.

My annual home inspections have always gone flawlessly, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. I am 100% satisfied renting with Executive Properties and have no plans to move until I’m ready to purchase a home.

If you’re in the market for a rental property in the area, I highly recommend checking them out. You won’t regret it!

The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY!! ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER! Applied for a home took them 3 weeks to process an application when we were told we would here somthing in 5 business days would not answer phone calls or return ANY calls had to finally show up to get any help from these people! STAY AWAY!!!!

Executive is an amazing property management company! We fully trust them with our home and have not been let down. Their communication is more than we could ask for. The information they provide is valuable, and we know that they will keep us aware of needed improvements. I also love the home inspection pictures they post because of their detail and thoroughness. Stacie and Kayla even helped pick a new color to paint our front door!

It’s clear that they care about us as homeowners and as people.

This company HORRIBLE!!!!
They would not pay to remove this MOLD from the garage but charged me AFTER the walk through for countertop stains that was not mentioned when we turned in the keys.

Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I found this company does the least possible while taking your money and acting like they are doing you a favor by renting to you. I am posting underneath another name for the sole purpose of not being attacked by them as I have already be verbally attacked by them once before, If you look at all the negative reviews they use the chance to attack the person and that literally should tell you everything you need to know about this company and the people that work here what you see as a response is the way they will speak with you.
They are completely overpriced for the area and the homes they rent are not worth what they are charging! They are not take care of by them at all but the renters themselves do and that’s if the tenants even feel the need to take care of a place the two place we saw from them were trashed so trust me when I say the tenants aren’t taking care of much either.
When you have a problem and if you notify something is broken it can take weeks to months for them to repair all the while they act like they are mad because you reported an issue to them which is required by the lease they become very passive aggressive.
Stacy is the owners daughter is the biggest passive aggressive person in the company that I dealt with she feels the need to act and treat people with less then professional courtesy and there is no need to complain to her dad cause nothing gets done.
I can go on and on but just trust me when I say go elsewhere rent from someone who not only has cares for the house they are renting out but also someone who will act way more respectful and professional then the people in this company. I have referred to them with friends and family as slumlords and I do feel they fit the bill for sure

No matter how nice the home, avoid this company. They care about the bottom line, and that is it.

I'm preparing to sue Executive Property Management, in My home state of Ohio, in an amount that should cover the damages they have caused.

I rented a home in Goldsboro, NC. The AC failed often. The girl that was the Co Renter has Asthma, very bad and has been hospitalized many times. During my discussion about the AC, this management company was told how important the AC is.

This happened in 2019. The main reason I left was the AC was broke several times and when I called I could not get responses or I was told that she didn't have to have AC in a North Carolina Home. I replied, you have to maintain the home in the condition in which it was rented.

I eventually moved out. After moving out, the same items that I said needed to be fixed and painted before we moved in, where then charged to us.

I was just refused to purchase a home cash by the group over the community because this company has a 1,200 dollar collection against me that is not true.

Had they followed the lease and painted/maintained the AC as in the original sign off letter.

I have the original documentation and will supply this in the Ohio Court systems. The lawsuit will be falsification of credit reports and fraud.

Since your fictitious report affected my life in Ohio, I have the right to sue you here. Then I will place a lean against your corporation.

Executive Property Management has been managing my property for over 4 years and they have been exceptional. They keep me informed on everything about my property and find new tenants quickly. They handle everything from maintenance issues to exterminators and it is such a relief to not have to deal with that headache. I read some of the negative reviews posted and they seem to be dissatisfied prospective tenants that did not meet minimum requirements. As a homeowner I expect the management team to be discerning in whom they entrust my home and would not be with them if they did not have minimum standards for tenants.

Honestly the best customer service I’ve dealt with regarding my home needs. My husband and I are stationed in Japan and executive properties manages our home while we’re gone and they do an outstanding job keeping us informed. Our tenants just renewed their lease and I was given an amazing over view on the thorough inspection they did in the house to make sure everything is in place still. I never have to worry about anything because if I need something done, Executive properties is always on it. Thank you for your continued support!
