Executive properties doesn’t like to rent to people of color. I heard people for years say that they aren’t qualified for certain homes and the reasons are bogus. I applied anyways. The very first applicant on a house. I was applying site unseen because they family was still in the home. There were maybe 20 other applicants. I received an email stating my rental history was great but due to 2 missed car payments (late not missed) last year they found a more qualified candidate. Even if I never owned a vehicle I’m gonna have a place to lay my head. They never asked why the payments were “missed”. They were late. I moved my daughter into college that summer and needed to extra cash at that moment

I dont even know where to start with how pleased we are with these people! One time our air conditioner went out and they couldn't get someone out for a few days in the dead of summer and they had someone come Over with a window unit to try and ease the heat! They were so helpful and easy to work with! And we have not rented with them in about 6 months and had forgotten about or deposit refund and they messaged us to make sure we got it! We had been having issues with our mail and never received it so they are gonna reissue our check! I'm just amazed at how amazing they are. We are homeowners now and if we ever rent our house I couldn't imagine going with anyone else. They took pictures of before and after we moved out and were very thorough and kept in contact with the homeowners. I know cus im friends with the neighbors who know them. They really are the best!

Good property management team. They are responsive and provide open communication. We were renters for about 18 months and can't complain at all. Sometimes the owner can be slow to respond on items that need their approval but as property managers they did the best they could to make accommodations to make things right.

As a homeowner working with a property management group out of state; I wish they functioned more like Executive Properties.
