My wife and I could not adequately find the correct words to convey the way Melanie Gates handled the sale of our home. We had used Melanie as our Property Manager for the same house in 2013 and she did a super job! We had no worries with her managing our property. When we decided that we wanted to down-size and sale our home in early February of this year (2020) , we were filled with anxiety of making the transition. Melanie gave us assurance that things would be ok. Two days after listing we were under contract. When difficulty came due to the buyers lender not completing tasks correctly and on time, Melanie went the extra mile to communicate with the buyers Agent to get closure done.nd

Had an 10:00 appointment, she forgot! The house is far away from where we currently reside. Not good for business!

Melanie had a 10:00 am appointment that Saturday with a friend of mine to see a house on Sevendales! When we arrived she wasn't there. My friend called Melanie to see where she was, my friend was told by Melanie, she forgot about the appointment! Those were Melanie's words, not mine.
