stipulations were fabricated for the bank that I was unable to provide. She claims to be the only one able to get you the loan (illegally) She then made three different final settlements with three different amounts hiding $13,000 in her favor. Provided me with two settlements and a third one to the bank. She also failed to notify the bank she was the seller and loan originator to name a couple of things she hid from the lender. Besides this unprofessional and illegal practicing she's rude and vulgar. She then offered partial refund if the review was removed from Google.
