I had exactly the same experience than Vincent. Esther put a different bank account in my taxes, so I was not receiving my refunds, neither the stimulus money for COVID. The worst thing is that if I don’t call, she does nothing! Her friend was receiving my money! I call the IRS to change that bank account which was the wrong one, they couldn’t change it, she put the numbers of my account with XXXXXXXX, no real numbers, IRS said she is not supposed to do that, they also told me that my taxes were not done right, so I received less money. They suggested to report her because it seemed that all the mistakes were intensional. I still don’t know if she is receiving my stimulus checks. They all seem that they are very sorry and they just pretend to be helpful, but they are not. Zero recommendation.

This place is a complete fraud. They blatantly lie on your tax returns and the spelling errors make it look like your return was completed by a 5 year old. Even if they were “just trying to help” they use rounded number which is a trigger for an audit. They typed my account number wrong even when provided with a voided paper check and have caused me years of turmoil dealing with the IRS and now not receiving the stimulus payment because it was sent to the wrong account!
