Erin has such an ability to tap into ones feelings and truly FEEL what needs to be worked on from such a spiritual, cognitive, and healing way. Erin and I spent the hour exploring areas top of mind where I’d like to focus. We went through what’s important to me, where I’m struggling, where I’m feeling strong. She asked thought provoking questions to help me arrive at some ah-ha’s on my own, and provided her full focus and presence into our coaching session. I was assigned some homework and we scheduled our next session. It was a positive experience and I’ve already put into practice some things we discussed.
