I’ve had a lot of work done on my house in the past 2 years and in the process engaged a few different contractors. Erickson Foundations has been by far the best to deal with. Communication, timeliness, price and quality of work were all great! Cam & Briggs who installed our basement radon mitigation system did a great job walking me through the details of the work they planned to do, answered all my questions, and did a neat and tidy job. I’d highly recommend them!

I would like to give a shoutout to JB and his crew. They did an amazing job on my supplement beam and smart jack replacements. Very professional, friendly and sense of humor. Most of all the communication was perfect. The left no trace of dirtiness after the job was completed. I highly recommend his team. It’s a 5+ stars for them.

We had a WaterGuard system, sump pump and structural jacks installed. Nick and his crew did immaculate work. We were happy with the Erickson sales experience generally, but there has been some miscommunication about when phases of the work were to be done and several change orders. Nick was able to accommodate, and the office also was very cooperative and didn't allow things to get stressful. We still have the Poly Wall brick repair and sealing phase to go. The crew was very thorough and neat, and their cleanup and finish work is excellent.

We had Erickson do a retaining (auxillary) wall in our cellar and install supplemental beams and supports/smart jacks. Neal and his team - Kris, Dan and Brandon, were an outstanding, hardworking crew. They knew what was going to happen every day & got right to doing it. It was hard, physical work, alot of up & down stairs carrying all kinds of supplies & heavy items that had to be removed from our cellar so they could do the work. Always courteous and conscientious of the property & occupants and happy to answer any questions. Truly exceptional workers.

I would recommend Erickson if you need "basementy" work done. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because it took us 3 tries to get a sales rep that actually knew what they were doing. We finally had Field Manager Anthony Brancato who knew what needed to be done & explained everything. Then Nate came out & fine-tuned what would be done. Melissa M in the office was outstanding, always responsive & made sure any concerns were followed up. There were some minor glitches with accounting - be sure to review your contract/payments & if you're in NH, be sure you have a NH contract & not MA with additional taxes!

Can't say enough about Neal, Kris, Brandon & Dan - It was a pretty involved job & they did it well.

Now only time will tell how well the products themselves stand up.

So far, so good. The sales process was pretty detailed, with several options presented, including findings for each. Information was mailed to the house after signing the contract, and several phone calls scheduling and confirming the upcoming work and opportunity to ask questions.
The day of the work, the crew called shortly before they arrived. In our case, we had Cam, Dan, and another person whose name I forgot (sorry). Cam walked me through everything they were going to do, and let me ask any questions I had. The crew was polite and respectful of the property, and cleaned up after themselves. About half-way through, Cam showed me the progress they had made up to that point, and when they were done, we reviewed the work.
We had floor and wall cracks sealed, and a radon mitigation system installed. The flexiseal on the walls was a bit thicker than I expected, but it seems like it will do its job properly. The floor cracks were sealed, and smoothed out very nicely. They left behind a radon test kit to put out one week after the install. In the meantime, I have an active monitoring device I purchased on Amazon, and the before and after radon readings are dramatically lower. I will still send in the official kit anyway.

Great experience with JoshP today. Came here for an annual maintenance appointment. Contacted us before arrival to make sure we were ready. Showed him the area and they set about thoroughly checking the system. Alerted me they were complete then described how the system looked to them. Said overall system looks good. Didn’t try to upsell any newer components just advised us that the equipment is aging and to keep an eye on it. Offered a plan where I prepay at a lower cost for next years checkup and I eagerly signed up. Good experience.
