I have been going to Empire PC and Repair for years and have always had the best quality service. The guys really try to show you what was going wrong with your PC, laptop or technical equipment before returning it to you. My last repair they were able to fix my keyboard on my laptop by removing a random screw that wasn't even part of the computer. They didn't even charge me for the simple repair!

This is a great place to go to for all your computer needs. We purchased two from them. They help you get a good deal on just what you need and get it up and running for you. They also have an amazing remote access program they install that they can use to fix many issues quickly without a trip to the shop. They are excellent there! They know how to fix computers, knowledgeable, their costs are good. I took my computer in twice and was told by other businesses--just to get a new computer. They fixed it, no problem! I highly suggest going to them!

Great speedy service, excellent results in restoring my software, cleaning out the junk. I then brought in my wife's computer for cleannup, Empire PC determined it was soon to die. Bought a new laptop from them, they waived the service fee on the one which was not worth restoring/repairing..

Recently I had the extreme bad fortune to have my hard drive crash, over heat, and basically go caput. However, I had the extreme good fortune to choice Empire PC and have them install a new hard drive for me. All my data was saved and transferred successfully. I had many questions and reservations about the work and paying for this service. I was the campus Director at ITT Tech for 14 years. I always had an army of tech savvy people both staff and students to support me on any and all technical issues and never had to go "outside" for problem resolution. Now that I do not have that technical support at my finger tips any long, I feel blessed and relieved to have discovered Jerad Forsyth and his team. They are knowledgeable, professional, and care about and understand how important our computers are in our lives. Whether you are a personal computer user or a small or large business, I give my highest recommendation to this company.
