Emirates Business Class Lounge - , Dubai

We went to the Emirates Lounge while we were waiting on our connecting flight. The front desk staff member who booked us in was very sulky and unfriendly and we didn’t feel welcome at all. The lounge was fully packed and we had to do a few rounds to find a seat. We had a bite to eat and left after a few hours. In our return flight, we were booked in by a friendly lady and the lounge had plenty of room. We ate a few snacks and then we went to the showers. The young lady that was working that station was stubborn and rude. So we wrote our details on the form and she said that she would call us when the showers cleared up but this never happened so we went down to the other lounge and was met with a lovely lady who gave us immediate access to the showers. The staff however didn’t supply any toiletries such as toothpaste, brushes, shower caps etc. After showering, we left to board our flight. My overall experience was not very good considering that we did pay for access to the lounge so one would expect better service and less attitudes.

Emirates Business Class Lounge Concourse A

This lounge is so huge that it spans the entire length of Concourse A, occupying the entire level of the Terminal. As I was travelling on an A380, I was able to board directly from the lounge to the aircraft.

The lounge is far to big for my liking. It is rather uninviting, cold rather than cosy. It has a contemporary feel.

It serves hot and continental breakfasts, and therefore I cannot comment on whate are avaikable for other meal time.

As everything with Emirates - this lounge has to be enormous - it spans off across entire Second floor of Terminal A with direct access to the boarding gates. There are 2 wings basically on left and right both with buffet food, showers (usually very long queues) , children playground areas and seats spread all across. Quality of food is just plain and mass, so nothing special. Staff never smiles and seems miserable just doing their tasks as robots. The early boarding gates didn’t work, as they are too lazy to come on time. One expects more from Emirates

It is incredible. This lounge is very spacious, quiet and well organized. The dedicated access to the gate for departure is a great plus.

I recently flew Emirates business class on a morning flight and was quite disappointed with the lounge breakfast. I was hoping for a good selection, but the only hot food option was scrambled eggs that weren’t very appetizing, accompanied by pastries that tasted stale. The variety of beverages was also very limited, and the presentation of the side dishes left much to be desired. While there were cereals and milk available, that hardly counts as a real breakfast for a premium experience.

To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the lounge was subpar. I had to walk around just to find a clean table, which really dampened the experience. Overall, I expected much more from Emirates at this level of service and was left feeling quite let down.

Very big lounge , 3 different dinning areas on both sides, lots of food varieties but taste was not authentic. …..smoking area is very big n comfortable , sleeping sofa also inside smoking area. Shower facility available . Nice big kids play area . Direct access to all A gates .
