Siva was so kind and generous with his information, time & energy. He helped us pick out the perfect crystal. He cleansed these stones with good intentions and made sure we knew the orgins. 100/10 experience. I came in the store not quite sure what i wanted, only that I liked amethyst and I ended up having an amazing experience and conversation with Siva. Ended up purchasing a beautiful amethyst necklace with a shimmering chain. He blessed my necklace as well as setting a positive intention. He even allowed me to enter the store while he was still opening the store and was still highly accommodating. Will be coming back soon for more purchases!

I came across Emerald Gem Exchange by chance a couple of years ago when I was looking for gemstone jewelry and was impressed by the reviews. My excitement grew when I actually went in and saw their selection, and grew even more when I found out they create custom designs. It was so fun to work with Siva to create the ring of my dreams and it's something I'll treasure for a very long time. I went back last week for an update to my collection and he was as great as I remembered—knowledgable, welcoming, and efficient. If you're in the market for some new gems and jewelry, make sure you stop by; you won't be disappointed.

I stumbled on this shop on a random stroll around DUMBO. It felt like fate because I had already spent a few weeks searching for some rare stones. The owner Siva not only found and cut the stones I was looking for, he worked with me to design the ring I had been dreaming about, all with warmth and humor, and integrity. I'm looking forward to working with Siva again to bring other pieces to life.
