I would like to say a few words about Else b/c I am so grateful to have met her a couple of years ago. I run an all women's golf league here in Scottsdale, AZ and Else is one of the members and getting to know her a little bit through golf was great. I started following her social media posts and always felt so encouraged when I would listen to her in an interview, a podcast or a post she is in. I decided to ask her one day if she would consider helping me become the best that I can be and of course we did. I initially did her course and through that I not only learned so much from the material of the course, I would also gain so much valuable insight into so many things about myself during our weekly talks. Else has the ability to listen very well and when she speaks you can tell she has processed what you have shared with her and she understands what you are trying to say but goes way beyond it. I have asked her if she could sit on my shoulder everyday and we both decided that wouldn't be the best idea ?! Here is the key, not only is Else getting at the core of the issue, she always has a way to deal with whatever it is. She somehow makes me come up with most of it with her questions that lead you into how to help yourself with whatever it is. Else gets success and understands those that are driven to do whatever it takes to succeed in life and in business. I could go on and on but I will end it with how thankful I am for Else and that my business and personal life are better and growing since working with her. She knows how my work means so much to me and she never discourages me from achieving the heights I want to. What she does do is help me figure out the best way to achieve it!
