I had a Quince on march 19th and got a limo for me and my friends. I had a blast. The limo driver was really cool, he had water for us since we were under age and he let us play music on his speakers. He dropped us off where we wanted and alway came back as soon as we called him to pick us up. I had a blast thanks to him. I would hire him again for prom night in a couple years.

BEWARE! If you are considered using Elite Limo, please think again!!!!! They will ditch your event at the last minute for a better customer/event and leave you stranded. I booked a limo for my daughter's 12the birthday party 2 months prior to the date. I knew it would be prom season so I wanted to have a limo booked before there were none to be had. I would call/text Elite Limo about every 2 weeks to confirm that all was okay for the date of my daughter's birthday (most of the time I talked to Sim). Even two weeks before I called and told them to charge my credit card (because they hadn't) for the deposit, so that I could be sure I had a limo reserved. The day before the party, Sim texted me and told me his limo had "broke". We went back and forth on how they would fix my problem because with less than 24 hours until my daughter's party, I wasn't going to be able to find a limo (on a saturday with proms). They told me that I was out of luck. I told them that wasn't acceptable and that we needed to work together to find a solution. They told me that had found a limo, but that they would have to charge me $180 more. I told them that I wasn't going to pay the extra money and that it was there responsibility to find a limo and fulfill their obligation to me as their customer. They laughed at me and told me they weren't going to spend their own money so I could have a limo. And they continued to tell me I was out of luck because they didn't charge the deposit (which I confirmed with them to do 2 weeks prior) and that they didn't have to do anything else at this point... I was just plain out of luck. Now, I don't have proof (yet), but I am 100% sure that they had a better deal with a prom party and so they ditched my in order to rent their limo for a longer period of time. So, needless to say my 12 year old daughter's Limo Scavenger Hunt party was ruined and this poor mom had to tell her daughter her party wasn't going to happen as planned. Honestly, please, please, please do not give this company your business! We need to stop bad business and sketchy business owners, so that they don't get away with illegal business practices. Only we the customers can stop this from happening. Their company ethics and unprofesionalism is part of who they are and if they ditch a 12 year old girl for more money, they will ditch you too! I am in in the process of proving that Elite Limousine and Limos 4 You are the same company... because that is who they said they could get an extra limo from for $180 more (if I would pay)... I called Limos 4 You to try and find my own limo as soon as they told me and Limos 4 You said they didn't have any and gave me the run around on the phone after I told them my situation with Elite Limo... In my opinion, I think they are all the same company.
