Darrin and Sabrina were stellar trainers for this course! I was privileged that my employer offered this course to me. Wow! Is all I can say. I had previously been in the industry for 6 years. Darrin, Sabrina, and Tom made the whole masters program. As soon as I walked into my class in San Diego I felt welcomed and when I left I had a new sense of hope for career in the automotive industry as well as in personal life. Throughout the six months I learned how to be a better mom and wife, and I overcame a lot of obstacles in my work. I truly could not have advanced as much as I have without Elite and The Master's Program. Sabrina really helps, encourages, and provides the necessary feedback to allow you to grow and continue to grow after my course is complete. Tom is awesome too! When he would come to our classes he also provided feedback necessary for growth and encouragement to keep going! Darrin is amazing, not only is he the owner of Elite but, he co-owns his own repair facility with his brother. He is so busy, but takes the time to help Sabrina and Tom facilitate. He is humble and a great person! All three of them are! So thankful our owner believed in me to take this course. The 6 months I spent with Elite going through the program was absolutely amazing! I loved every minute of it! Darrin, Tom, and Sabrina were amazing and top notch, always there for any questions I had. This program is a must go to if you're going to be a service advisor.
