First time coming here based off a recommendation. Not my best decision, and not the best way to spend my money. The "slice" was cut into such an irregular shape, looking more scalene than anything. I don't know if it was because they were rushing and being sloppy with their cuts (highly unlikely since there was only 1 other person waiting for their slice.) Or they just didn't care since I was a new customer. The pizza itself was very thin to handle the weight of the grease, sauce, and cheese. It was an immediate flop. The pizza was also lacking in flavor, not the best, not the worst. The outdoor seating was nice since the only other seating is at the counter and only seats about 5 or 6. All in all, won't be coming back.

Ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana, and was very pleasantly surprised! For $15 it's an absolute steal, large portion, fresh and homemade, very tasty! Could be the best bargain left in the East Village!

Great service although they where expecting a large party the made room for us . The food was very good and plentiful. It is like having dinner at home with the family. They really make you feel at home. We will be back.

My favorite pizza shop in New York. I love that this place offers both sit in and take out by the slice. The owners, Vinny and Rocky, are amazing—I take family here every time they visit, to make them feel like they’re getting the “full NYC experience.” BYOB option is also amazing!

Vincent doesn't seem to understand that without his customers, he doesn't have a business. I have been a loyal customer for years and supported this business during the pandemic.

Vincent, you are just a nasty bully and a coward for harassing me for sitting at a table to eat a slice that I paid for. I PAY YOUR SALARY. NEVER AGAIN. I will make sure everyone knows how you discriminate against certain people. All of a sudden, after being a loyal customer, you decide to bust my chops. You never had a problem with me eating a slice sitting at the outdoor tables until today. What changed? I noticed you didn't bother anyone else. The only seating with waiter service is indoors. BTW, I never see anyone dining indoors. Hmm.. I wonder why?

BTW, I am not woke as you pejoratively stated. Even, if I were, it should not matter. Decent and hard working moderates and Conservatives don't want you either. We don't claim you. You are an embarrassment.

ElevenB is the place to be☺️? If you want some good pizza in the village/lower east side area. The name says the location so you cant miss it, 11th Street and Avenue B= ElevenB. They have a casual side with tables outside on the 11th St side and on the Avenue B side there are outdoor booths or just eat inside and you can order some great italian dishes aside from pizza... ?mmm and of course, The staff is great!!!

Placed an order through Grubhub. Waited for a few minutes as I was ignored despite being the only person there. Dude didn't even want to look my way. Told him I have a Grubhub order, told him the name and says he doesn't have it. Show him the app barely glances at it and says that's not the name. "It says Rudolph not Rudy" but here's the order in the app and I'm showing him. Dude looks to the other person behind the counter to see what to do. Then gives me the food. Yeah, not ordering from here again and my friend lives across the street. There are better places literally around the corner that treat you like they want your business, go there instead

I've been holding back on this review for a few years, because I wanted to gain better familiarity with pizza around Manhattan before presuming to offer my opinion.

I am much more educated and experienced now, and I can say with full confidence that Vinny makes the best slice of pepperoni pizza in Manhattan.

I will add just one important tidbit that seems to escape people, leading to misconceptions over what constitutes a good slice - PIZZA IS NOT HEALTH FOOD.

If you don't like grease, if you don't want too many calories, you don't want too much bread/cheese/sauce and/or don't like feeling bloated after pizza, I have sour news for you - you just don't like pizza.

If you do LOVE pizza, go to Eleven B and get a slice of pepperoni. You'll congratulate yourself for making the trip.
