Elevate has become like a second home to me! It’s a great community with great people. We have awesome coaches like Tommy, who really pay attention to your form and correct you so that you don’t get injured. Mitch does a great job programming and posts a video for us explaining what to expect within each cycle and tips to maximize our gains! When we are lucky, the coaches workout with us and it’s always fun and motivating to go through the workouts together! I love this space and the people!!

Elevate is the best gym in St. Pete for anybody looking for lifting classes. I’ve been coming here for 5 months and I love the small classes, encouraging coaches and welcoming atmosphere. All of the coaches are great, but Tommy is especially fantastic. I really enjoy attending his classes and also highly recommend him for personal training!

I started my fitness journey at Elevate 5 years ago. Never lifting a barbell in my life, I was intimidated. The coaches are there for you every step of the way to make sure you have proper form to avoid injury. Coach Mitch is encouraging and brings fun to the 9am class. I’ve had a great experience at Elevate. Mitch and Courtney are excellent trainers. But moreover, patient with wherever you are starting. I’ve had a lot of growth because of that. Elevate changed my life. I love the small groups and the coaches are amazing. Tommy, always coaches the class that I do (Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays) and he is absolutely amazing, making sure everything is right and cheering us up. I love this gym!!

This gym is something special and the best in the St. Petersburg area! The coaches go above and beyond by showing you the skills/workouts first and helping individuals with injuries find alternatives! Every single coach is dedicated to their clients and participants in the class. I’ll like to shout out Courtney for helping me get back into fitness and Mallory for helping me understand nutrition and that it’s okay to eat and also Brett for bringing the energy! If you want a small or even a big change in your fitness or nutrition, I highly recommend elevate!

I’ve been coming to Elevate for about four months and it’s been great since day 1! The programming by Coach Mitch is frequently varied and challenging. It’s a fun and laidback atmosphere, and the people are awesome! All the coaches and staff are wonderful people too. Don’t hesitate to join!
