Manuel has been a friend for a long time. I never envisioned needing his professional services. However when my neighbor began to dam up a waterway designated by the city and county I knew I needed help. I called Manuel and he helped me better understand that what the neighbor has done is illegal and to better understand my rights going forward. The case is not yet resolved so I may be calling on Manuel against n for his professional help.

Manual came the day I called with concerns for spot on my bathroom ceiling. He tested the area and also outside the area. We decided to cut out the sheet rock , repair the area and retested to be sure all issues where gone. Egis Environmental was professional, clean quick and fair rates as well. I will call on them again if needed.

It is unfortunate that Mr. Esmerki De Los Santos posted this comment. What transpired was that he contacted our environmental consulting firm asking that we quickly perform an asbestos inspection as we are licensed by the State of Arkansas to perform Asbestos Inspections per ADEQ Regulation 21. We agreed to perform the work quickly and at a discount. We informed Mr. Santos of the proper steps that he must take to comply with the law - at which time he became upset and posted the negative review. We provided him assistance including a letter report of the inspection with sample locations, laboratory results and a partially completed NOI with instructions for him to provide this to the ADEQ regarding his planned continuation of renovations. We performed the agreed work and extra hours of consultation with professionalism and respect. It is our hope that his church is a blessing to the area.

We had the unpleasant experience of discovering mold during the process of moving into an existing home that we purchased. EGIS Environmental quickly responded, thoroughly inspected to determine the nature and scope of the problem, and then professionally conducted the necessary remediation. I found Manuel Barnes to be knowledgeable, competent, and professional throughout the process. Mr. Barnes communicated with me daily through text, emails, or phone calls keeping me well informed of developments and progress during the remediation. I recommend EGIS Environmental to anyone seeking mold remediation services.

Horrible service, all about the money. After he charged our church $700 dollars for an asbestos inspection, he was not even helpful to give me a recommendation for free for a removal company without charging me $150.00 dollars an hour for consulting. Plus making me wait for about two weeks to tell me that he doesn’t do removals on the inside of buildings. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
