Thorsten was my daughter's 529 manager. He seemed nice enough until we needed some of it sent to her university. I was assured of a delivery date so we could secure her housing selection. Fourteen days later after multiple attempts to contact him were unsuccessful, he informed us that someone dropped the ball and the check had not been cut. There was no acceptance of responsibility. We are transferring our money to another broker.
