If you want a financial advisor that’s too busy to call you back on a day that you need them, use this one. I know that I don’t have millions invested, but a customer is a customer. I needed shares sold by a certain day, however Dave was too preoccupied to call me back and because of that we lost out on quite a bit of $.

If you say you’re going to call your customers back before the end of the business day, and you’re unable to, at least have a counterpart or somebody at your same level that can handle your responsibilities that you’re not able to so your customers don’t miss out on $.

I own a business and when I get too swamped, (because I understand that happens), I get my assistant or somebody to handle my responsibilities so I don’t upset my customers. It’s just common courtesy... you’re dealing with their money after all.
