I was told they would be able to finish a a survey before due diligence period on my house purchase was over. They did not deliver. The boundary survey was completed on a Friday afternoon, and the employee who was supposed to write the report was out the entire next week. I was not notified that I would be waiting on the report. After calling multiple times to get some one on the phone, the report was promised to me Monday, 6 business after the boundary survey. They still did not deliver. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they were cheaper than other surveyors who would have charged an expediting fee. Now I wish I'd paid some body else the extra fee.

My family and I recently had a project that we were working on and we used the ECLS team. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Nick, Dana, Sonya, Angie, and Carl were remarkable to work with. I’m sure there are some field support associates that I missed naming, but I truly appreciate everyone that assisted us. In the future, if we have another project come up, we will definitely be reaching out to this team again.

Don't waste your time. I paid this company $3500 to survey and separate 5.5 acres. I have nothing to show for it. There were no property markers installed. Nothing separated or recorded at courthouse. Each time I call I'm told I will get a call back from a manager, which has never happened. Also when I go to office there is never a manager in office. I would never recommend they're services

Extreme delays in completing task, no communication at all for 4 weeks, survey not done correctly and had to reroute through zoning, surveyor told a random person that came out to inquire about the land all about what he was doing, where the house would go, etc. I could go on and on. If you can use any other survey company you need to. This company can't handle the present work load, project management is awful and communication (English language skills AND just responding to emails and calls, keeping me updated ) were a pure nightmare.

Customer service and communication is poor. I contacted Allison to schedule the appointment, she asked me could I reminder her the week before the appointment. On top of that the day of the appointment, no one came and no one informed me there was a change in the schedule. Needless to say I'm looking for another company.

Incompetent, negligent and unprofessional. Cannot measure! Created overlaps! My 5 yr old kid would have drawn a better survey! Pathetic!
