I contacted EA after a CP2000 tax notice and a failed attempt at resolving it myself. A really great experience. Communication was great, secure file transfers, video calls to review the strategy and very responsive email correspondence. Not only did they resolve the CP2000 but I ended up getting an additional refund. Definitely recommend.
