Met with Heather last week, she decided we could itemize my taxes this year and she saved me about $13,000.00 so… yes, I’m over the moon and very happy with her services. I will most definitely keep using Durst and Jordan for my taxes. Office staff is prompt and courteous. Heather’s expertise and advice about Ira’s, Utmas, 529’s helped me in making some decisions with grandchildren’s accounts. Thankful to have her on my side when the economy is so terrible.

THEY especially Heather, is just in it to take advantage of people and make her money... Heather told her apprentice Tyler to let us know we were receiving 1,000 back. When in fact I ended up having to pay $2,400 and some my dollars, which was a surprisle, as well as a $2,400 surprise bill from heather..... So after further review I realized i could have super easily done my taxes on turbotax and saved roughly $2,400 by simply filling out the blanks.. not having the headach trying to talk to Tyler who is "just trying to learn his trade instead of being taught ill mannered scams by heather
