The full extent of this program was not properly explained to me by the "recruiter". It involves much more "hands on" work than I wanted, or was able to provide. I realized this pretty quickly after my second coach began to work with me. My first coach was worthless and was apparently fired. Since they guarantee their program, I requested a refund in August of 2023. I was told through email they wanted to set a meeting with Admin to process my request. The meeting turned out to be Alberto (the owner) trying to convince me to stay. I let him know this is not what I thought it was and was not a program I wished to continue. Today is April 16, 2024. I have yet to receive a refund, even after numerous emails. I have tried calling the two numbers I have found online and both are disconnected. It should not take 8 months to get a refund. Even after all this time, no refund in sight.

UPDATE: Today us June 3, 2024 and still no refund or response.

Before joining, I wasn't able to close or recruit by myself and I didn't really understand the sequence in which how to ask open ended questions. The sequence in which Albert providing the 7-figure sales speech was very helpful. Once I have learned it, it becomes easy and I was able to close and recruit almost 100%. I combined that with a system which was made available to me from my current IMO.

It is now my routine to on board clients and agents alike. I am so looking forward to use AI to work with clients and agents with your team.

I am sorry, but 1st you people no-show me and make me wait 20 minutes to get a response email after you blow up my phone and email with texts and emails when I set the appoinment, and after I had to reschedule it because you didn't bother to call or email to let me know you were running late and I found out you didn't have any more appointments for that day, and then you won't show me what you got because I DON'T HAVE A WORKING CAMERA? Seriously?

I told him to forget it. His response was VERY rude.
