I’ve struggled for most of my life with weight control. I thought that I had tried everything! You name it, I tried it. Thank goodness, I tried Dr. Settele’s program! The staff is amazing and so supportive. 9 months later, I am down 90 pounds!! AND off of all blood pressure medication. I no longer need the CPAP machine to sleep. Foot, knee, hip pain GONE! I literally feel 15 years younger. Thank you to the Dr. and the team for helping me add years to my life!
