Nancy Papp has been a godsend to me. She guided me through the process of selecting a plan thru the ACA that met our needs and did everything needed to get us enrolled. I can't imagine having to figure that all out myself. Then I paid an extra very reasonable annual amount to have her be our health insurance advocate, I forget what it's actually called, but wow, am I glad I did that! She saved us so much stress, worry and frustration. My husband had an emergency hospitalization and was transferred to a hospital that was not in-network for us. I was really stressed out already but she said, don't worry, I've got this, and she totally did. She was our liaison between the health care providers and our insurance and got them to pay for the out-of-network care and is also dealing with the outrageous ambulance bills. Nancy is like a miracle worker - reassuring, responsive, and gets things done. If she says she is going to do something, she does it, and I can go about living my life knowing that she's got my back and all will be well. At least as far as health insurance goes! Thank you Nancy!
