These are bad people. I had my property for sale. A prospective buyer brought them to look at my building. Pilla then prepared an evaluation of the building for the prospective buyer. For whatever reason the prospective buyer did not pay them. Pilla then filed a lien against my building!!! Outrageous. They refuse to remove the lien.
