We used this couple for over 20 yrs they did a great job until 2022! In 2022 they processed outaxes and the they never sent us our finished tax forms? They also did our kids personal taxes and business taxes and grossly over charged them. When it was brought to their attention the were rude and ignored us. They also sat on our kids taxes and were late getting them back! Im not sure whats going on but we quit using them. They gave no reason for their poor performance?Not a good way to run a business! We wont be going back!

This was our first visit with Mr. Dickman. It was a very informative visit to discuss our taxes. He is very efficient and went through all the information we provided and needed. My husband and I would highly recommend this business.

My work does their accounting through this company. While trying to purchase a house I requested my W2 from a certain year, and when it was done incorrectly we politely called trying to explain the situation. The woman who we talked to became very angry and upset out of nowhere and hung up on us mid phone call. We were very confused and sent an email apologizing for anything we could have done to offend her and once again asked for the correct information (again as nicely as possible because I desperately needed the info to close the deal). She completely ignored the email and ignored the next one I sent asking for pay stubs. I ended up having to fix it myself. I get that everyone is on edge during COVID but she acted very unprofessional and rude.
