I can not reccommend Ron Hurst and his team at Developing Leaders high enough! Absolutely EVERY time I have had Ron do training for my organization he has exceeded my expectations. All of the leaders below me have walked out of the trainings Ron has done for us, as better and more skilled leaders. Ron has a gift. He connects with people and then draws out their talents and sharpens their skills.

I have had the opportunity to take several of Ron's courses and amongst my favorite is his Advanced Leadership Development course. Through Ron’s teachings I have learned how to communicate clearly, become self-aware, empowered, and continuously motivate myself and others. I have also gained emotional intelligence which is crucial in becoming successful in any role. I understand and have clarity in the difference between managing and leading and how important clear communication is. His courses are life changing and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that wants to succeed and better themselves on a professional and personal level as well.

I just finished an eight session course with Ron Hurst, sponsored by the company for which I work. We had approximately 20 employees in the class, across the spectrum of age and experience in the company. The course was very effective in developing growth in each individual - at their own pace.

The course materials and exercises were engaging and in some cases demanding of each of us.

Thank you Ron - a great course and excellent touch on the reins as you lead us through the eight weeks!

My coworkers and I completed a class with Ron Hurst a few weeks ago, and you can definitely see improvement in our communication amongst each other and with customers. Working in a busy, loud work place communicating effectively seemed impossible. Our course with Ron Hurst has helped us tremendously, I learned so much about my skills and areas of improvement and can feel myself already becoming a better leader at my store.

As I started writing this review, I didn't know where to start because there are just too many good things to say.
I have attended many seminars with Ronald Hurst within the past year. I have come to find that he is an extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional who genuinely wants to see you develop in to the greatest leader you can be. He takes a personalized approach to increasing factors within an organization, such as: communication, motivation, commitment, effectiveness, and overall leadership.
What differs about him and other trainers is how evident his passion for what he does. I cannot recommend Ron and Developing Leaders enough.

I attended a seminar about "Motivation" and it was very beneficial. Everything was related to real life scenarios and hands-on modules brought the lessons to life. I came to work today and couldn't believe how productive I was and could feel a difference in my attitude which resonated throughout the office and increased everyone's moods and motivation. I can't wait for an opportunity to attend another session.
