Our family have the deepest appreciation for Designs & Lines Architecture. We embarked upon one one of the most ambitious project together and our experience with Designs & Lines Architecture has been nothing less than stellar. Our collaboration began with preserving our family first home, which was a Levitt & Son style home built in 1948. We focused on several key features during our collaboration, of which two important factors were essential to our approach during the design phase. First, we wanted to focus on the practical aspects of our home. Second, we wanted a design that preserved some of the past. The result from our collaboration is nothing less than spectacular, Design and Lines Architecture, provided us with a home that captured the sense of continuity that serves as a bridge from the past to the present. We owe a debt of gratitude to Design & Lines Architecture for capturing the most important thing in residential architecture, making house feels and look like a true home.

Gary Spinello is my right choice. He is patient, professional and high efficiency. I wanted to do dormers to my house which was a cape this June. I went to his office with my contractor and told him what was initially in my mind, he gave me some pictures he did for others I loved his designs and he suggested me to drove around then I could have more clear idea of what I really wanted. This is very helpful. I took some pictures of those houses I like and I went back to his office spoke to him I like this kind of roof I like these windows....i even tried to draw him my dream house. According to my imagination, he drew me something better according to the shap of my land, the direction my house face, and the neighborhood. I learned a lot from him. He is a very serious and experienced Architach he do research all the time, and he always provide right estimation. I was ask to go to the board for a hearing to get a permit and he dressed up and went with me. When I went through some hard time with the village to get the permit. He called the key man spoke to him in person and pushed the whole thing through. When I have some fancy ideas during the construction my contractor keep asking his professional opinion, he always helps us out. I have to say I am a mind changing people, now I want add a real deck with beautiful roof in the back. So I asked Gary to make an amendment of the plan and he gave me a good surprise for giving me a big discount in drawing. Always choose Gary Spinello, no one can be better.

I would highly recommend Gary, he worked very hard to help me get all my prints passed and did the extra's without having his hand out, also one thing I really liked is that he is very knowledgeable about all the buildings codes. Would do business with again for sure!
