VERY SKETCHY.

I called in to schedule a first time appt. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude, she sounded annoyed as soon as she answered. I was immediately asked for my name, my date of birth, address, phone number, type of insurance and policy number. I advised her I just wanted to know when it was their next appt date available, she responded that it was required for me to give her my information before moving forward to looking at a date, which I think is extremely odd that they try to force you to give you your personal information without even knowing if you'll be able to come in for a consult. It makes you think, what are they doing with that data? I feel extremely uncomfortable going to this place now.

John Hofstetter has amazing bedside manner. He was so friendly and courteous, and did not rush the appointment whatsoever. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He made me feel very comfortable. My only complaint is that the office was a little challenging to find. It said Suite K, but you actually have to enter further back, and the signage was not clear regarding where the office entrance was located.

Has to be the most unfriendly rudest doctor I’ve ever met. I’ve been up to a lot of dermatologist and doctors in my life, but this place is terrible. His assistant also had an attitude birds of a feather flock together never be going there again.

Very rude here and I already waited 6 mths tail end of last year to see an MD which this place cancelled then started suggesting I make a replacement appt. with a PA. Person I spoke in-person this last time would not even look at me at the Window and at end of convo I tried to explain why I need to see ... I was ignored as she spoke to someone off to the side- where she stared off to- behind Window on her side. At least I was handed an appt. card. Rude here!

I saw Dr. Bibi, and was absolutely in shock! What a terrible Physician he is. He had no patience, terrible bedside manner, and was in a rush. At the end of the day, I asked for a prescription of Mupirocin ( basically, Neosporin) so I could save a little money at the drugstore, and he told me “No.” That’s OK, my PCP will write it. Do not waste your time!

Terrible experience
Made 2 scars on my face and changed me $100 just to speak with him for 1.5 mins
Just to say that the scars is normal
When I had the same procedure with another dr previously 7 months ago left no scars and was perfect in 2 weeks
Do not recommend this place to anyone who needs a good dermatologist. Period.
1 week after this review
1 month after my treatment at this place i still have a very prominent scar left by this place on my nose and left cheek
EVERY MYI LOOK IN THE MIRROR I REGRET THE DECITTO TO TO THAT OFFICE
I PAID HIMM $100 for 1 min to ask him about my concern for the remaining scars
