I paid this office extra to represent me for owed taxes and assist me in establishing a payment plan… come to find out they did not do this. They just filed my taxes and nothing else. I paid them extra for 2 years in a row and they did nothing other than just file my taxes . Now I have a tax lien against me and no one from the office has answered my emails about this. I could’ve had my taxes prepared by another Company that you see on TV a lot but didn’t because I wanted a specialist in this area and needed individual attention and paid for it and didn’t get it

Made a mistake in filing my taxes in which my VSF was taxed city and state which it shouldn't have been. When I caught the error requested he file the necessary paperwork to receive a refund. He stated that his doing so would only recoup about a 15 dollar refund. I insisted and ended up receiving over 800 dollars in refund. Stopped using him after that
