What sealed the deal for me was Darryl's negotiating skills and his philosophy of allowing the seller to take part in the whole selling process (if they want to). Thanks to Darryl and his team (Dodi in particular) I always knew what was going on and when. They helped me stage my townhouse and gave me some really great information about what to fix and what not to fix.
