Coach Dan comes with an interesting approach. I've been very fortunate to have done well in sales, and came to him curious about ways to further elevate my impact. He did that and so much more.

He asked questions prior to the meeting and personalized his coaching accordingly. As we progressed, he dug deeper, shared personal stories and perspectives, and checked in when he felt friction or if he sensed we were out of lockstep. He did all of this while challenging me in my convictions. This allowed us more clarity to identify my actual blockers, and also reminded me of my "why".

Many of us often find ourselves so focused on what's in front of us that we forget why we do the things we do. We ignore life as it tries to speak to us through whispers, pebbles hitting our faces, the thump upside our heads, until eventually the brick wall falls on us.

I admire Coach Dan's willingness to think outside the box, take chances, and challenge me in a way that also honors our differences. Dan is a forthcoming guy, and I consider his methodology in the realm of deep sales.

We all need people in our lives who raise our standards, remind us of our essential purpose, and challenge us to become the best version of ourselves. I'm so happy to have found Coach Dan as that is what he has done for me.
