They helped me get a Will, Advanced Directive, and a Power of Attorney for myself and my wife. They were very knowledgeable throughout the process and were very friendly. Called to speak with someone regarding an estate matter. The receptionist advised me that they wouldn’t help me because it wasn’t in their county, but a bordering county seated 30 minutes away. This is what people PAY attorneys for, their time and expertise. If you’re not willing to give a client your time they’re paying you for, you should find another profession. I’ve spoken to several other attorneys in Gadsden that would be more than willing to help for a matter in a neighboring county.
