Got a call and they rush to ask my name, DOB, address upfront. Very sketchy, they have some information about my blood testing lab and claim to be their partner. Don't give them any information, they may steal your identity.

Got a call, they hung up. I decided to call back because it seems sketchy. Why would you call and hang up when I asked who is this? When I called back, I asked how do they get my information. The person stating I need to verify my name, address and DOB. I declared I'm not doing that because I don't know how y'all got my info, and the reason for the call, which they failed to state. So I hung up. Block them from my phone too. Tf 😐

This company calls me to lie and tell me a police officer is coming to arrest me now, and telling me this doctor is suing me (even tho they cant by law) and I am getting served today by police and blablabla. I am never paying. I cant anyway. Those people dont deserve payment.

Okay so clearly I'm not the only person who thinks they are sketchy. I get a random call with no information on what they are calling about. Woman then confirms she has a different address on file and refused to tell me the reason for her call, if I didn't confirm a different address......like huh?

Bill paid years ago but this company calls out of nowhere several times for payment. Verified clear balance with the hospital and they still call. Woman got nasty and started to raise their voice. “If I was yelling, it would be a different story”. Great customer service.

I'm *already* working out a payment method with my hospital, but you're also billing me at the same time?! My hospital specifically told me not to pay them while we work out a payment. Why is some debt collector trying to double-dip?! Do not contact me via any form of communication ever again.

EDIT: Since you will not stop harassing me by mail, I mailed you for the fourth time today demanding that you stop contacting me. I sent this via Certified Mail. If you contact me again, it's going to cost you.

I normally do not write reviews but as I saw so many negative reviews I wanted to share my experience. I called C.Tech to find out more information on the letter stating that we owed money to our creditors. The phone was answered promptly by a woman with the name of Jerry. She was very kind and patient and explained to me what the debt was for and broke it down to individual charges, etc. I don't know if I just got lucky but my experience was very pleasant and helpful.

This place is a joke. When I called to do a settlement they stated they could not do that. They stated what they report to TransUnion has to be reported back. Well that is A LIE! They can absolutely offer a settled amount and report to your report as "paid for lesser amount due" but they refuse. So enjoy my minimum payments until it's paid in full. Because even if I send you $1.00 a month there is nothing you can do about it!
