Awsome crossroads trading store here on sunset Blvd area of los Angeles. Selection is good ,lots of verity , its a decent size store, staff here are amazing , love the location that it's like a block away from Vermont/sunset metro train station B line very easy walk in and out via metro to here 😀

This place takes way too long to help you. Had to come 2 days in a row to sell 9 ITEMS (not even 1 bag!) waited over an hour .. I asked why it’s taking so long, they said “sorry computer system down and we have too many people on break” YOUR staffing issues are not MY problem so get your manager to work on that. This occurred sat. 2/8 around 1pm . I had to come back the next day right when they opened I still had to wait over a hour! I wouldn’t come here again. They don’t care about YOUR time.

It’s a huge store, I was looking for a pair of Jean shorts and got some Calvin Kleins, they didn’t fit exactly perfect but that’s what happens with second hand. I was able to try on about 30 items and bought 4. There’s a lot of great brands, I saw Vince, Rag & bone, Gucci, a lot of local LA brands. When I didn’t recognize the brand, always googled it and it was typically in LA boutique. It took 2+ hours to go through just the shorts and jeans which shows how much there is.

I recently visited Crossroads to sell some high-end items, including Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga Triple S sneakers, and Versace shades. To my surprise, the staff, particularly one lady, informed me that I needed to clean my items before they could consider purchasing them.

Now, I understand the need for items to be in good condition, but considering the level of luxury brands I brought in, it felt like an unnecessary demand, especially when I’ve seen the condition of some of the clothes they have on their racks. It seemed more like an excuse not to offer me the true value of my items. Why should I be expected to do their job? It’s a resale store, not a luxury boutique.

The expectation that sellers should bring in items in pristine condition, especially when selling to a third-party retailer, feels unreasonable. You can’t beat that LA mentality, where they expect you to bring in brand new stuff! Unfortunately, I left the store disappointed and won’t be returning.

I LOVE THIS STORE BUT OOOOH I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS SHIRT WAS TOO SMALL!!! UGH and these pan shoes!!! I wanted both so badly, and they're at a good price!

Super neat store, good prices, good selection, would definitely be a regular stop if I lived in the area.

Don’t sell luxury here. I was trying to sell some moncler shirts that were $500 and they were trying to give me $15 for it.

My recent visit to Crossroads Trading left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I arrived with a bag filled with summer clothing items, ranging from shorts and dresses to crop tops and skirts, as per their own selling guide which explicitly welcomes contemporary, vintage, and designer pieces in excellent condition.

After enduring a lengthy wait of over two hours, during which I had to uncomfortably perch on the floor due to inadequate seating, I was finally approached by a young woman who informed me that they only accept seasonal items and proceeded to select a mere three pieces from my bag. This process netted me a lousy $19.50.

What added to my frustration was the inconsistency in their policies and the misleading information provided. Despite their guide mentioning acceptance of designer items, I was told otherwise by a subsequent attendant, who hastily concluded my transaction. The young woman who initially attended to me was no longer found by the counters. It was evident that the staff's handling of my items was biased and not aligned with the store's own guidelines.

Moreover, the inefficiency of their mobile ticketing system compounded my dissatisfaction. Mobile system did little to streamline the process, leaving many patrons including myself guessing how much longer it would be until we would be attended to.

Overall, my experience at Crossroads Trading was not only inefficient but also misleading and disappointing. I will no longer consider selling to them and would caution others to manage their expectations accordingly.

Donating to Goodwill seems a more reliable and fulfilling option. Crossroads Trading may showcase designer items, but their operational practices and customer service fell far short of my expectations.

Think twice before considering Crossroads Trading.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The buying prices are really low, so you don’t get much for your items. The owners seem pretty greedy. Most of the staff isn’t very helpful, though the brunette girl was nice. The blonde girl in the mask seemed kind of off-putting and a bit racist, and the guy didn’t do much. You’re better off going to Buffalo Exchange.
