This company border line harasses potential clients. I have told them an endless amount of times to stop calling as we're not interested in their services. I will then get calls the next two days from two different people. When I tell them that i have already said "no, thank you" they continue to try to persuade me - "if you just see the demo". I then get meetings imposed on my calendar and when I decline, I get a follow up phone call trying to insist on the meeting. This company really understands how to completely deter anyone from ever using their services. Next time we're in the market for Transfer Pricing services - I will be sure to never use them.

I avoid writing negative reviews of companies; however, CrossBorder Solutions will be an exception to my rule. I am fed up with their continual cold-call solicitations of business. As a warning to others contemplating engaging with CrossBorder, I will relate a bit of my experience with them.

As a transfer pricing manager of my company, I was initially contacted by a CrossBorder representative approximately 3 years ago. As I am generally interested to hear about new solutions and ideas in the market, I agreed to hear their presentation to see what they could offer. Following the presentation, our transfer pricing team thanked them for their efforts, but offered that their solution was not something that we needed at this time.

Since this call/meeting three years ago, CrossBorder has subjected me and my colleagues to incessant and irritating cold-call solicitations of business. At first I was polite in my refusals; however, the calls became so frequent that I requested to be taken off their call list. To my extreme frustration, did not work and I still receive frequent calls from CrossBorder to this day. I will add that the solicitations are not limited to direct calls. CrossBorder will call through our front desk and request to be transferred to my line (presumably to avoid my caller ID). They have called other individuals in our department to attempt to find an audience, and they send out calendar invites for unrequested meetings to my colleagues as well.

My hope in writing this negative review is that 1) someone from CrossBorder will see this post and remove me (and my colleagues) from their contact list understanding that I am irreparably irritated with their business practices, and 2) caution others about engaging with them (at least until they change their business practices).

As an update - five days after composing this review I received another solicitation call from CrossBorder. This time I answered and notified them (again) of my displeasure and alerted them of this negative review. I asked again to be removed from their call list. We will see if that happens.....

New update (June 2020) - it's been about 3 months since CrossBorder contacted me last and now a new sales representative is reaching out again requesting time for another demonstration. I will refer him to this review.

If they wanted me or the company I work for as a client, harassing me with calls all the time is not going to cut it. Avoid engaging with these guys on any professional social network or it is going to come and bite you back with never ending, unsolicited phone calls.

These people are relentless. Today I received 4 back to back calls from them. I'm not interested. I've stated this several times. I get it you need to make quota, but I"m not going to engage you. Drop it.

They will ruthlessly spam you - not exactly who you'd want as a profession service provider. Rubbish.

I get a call 2-3 times a day everyday from this company. I just divert it over to voicemail now.
