Can’t recommend this company enough. Melissa was so kind and understanding of our situation. She was able to get their engineer, Matt, out to our house very quickly for a foundation inspection to help us get out of a groundworks contract that was unnecessary. Mark & Matt were/have been amazing - when Criterium heard the nightmare of a foundation quote we were given they sent TWO (not just one) engineers out to look over our sinking basement floor and guide us in a responsible direction of what needed to happen.

We've gone through being pulled in different directions by an awful foundation company - but Mark & Matt now make us feel that we're in good hands of the next plan of action.
