I highly recommend attending one of their FREE Trust seminars. They are about an hour long, very well conducted, and are super low pressure. It is real simple…if you like what you hear at the seminar, then sign up and make the appointment.

My wife and I made the appointment and now have a Trust that all our assets are in. The main reason we decided to move forward with the Trust set up, was so we could protect our assets and easily pass them onto our heirs…with no probate court involvement. In addition, you also get to set up your healthcare directives, so your heirs will not be burdened by having to make medical decisions for you under emotional duress. That was another attractive part of the Trust establishment process we went through.

The whole process was smooth and well explained. In addition, everyone involved from their office was extremely professional and very customer centric. I would highly recommend using them if you want to protect your assets, and be able to easily pass on those assets to heirs of your choice, without having to go through the probate process, ultimately saving you lots of time and money.

Lastly, we felt the cost of setting up the Trust was well worth it, especially when you look at the potential future attorneys fees, probate court costs, and all the stress your heirs would have to deal with going through the probate process. To us, it was a no-brainer.
