The most painful part of surgery has been dealing with Corvel. Going into the holidays unpaid. They did not authorize durable medical equipment prior to surgery, and physical therapy appointment the day after. Check is late and to the wrong address. EFT deposited $0.01 into my account but they say I have not set it up. No one in the company has a direct phone line it seems. Constantly assigning new adjusters who are conveniently on leave & the app is literally useless.

I have had two cervical fusions on my neck I have lower back pain caused by a ruptured disc or bulging disc L4 and L5. a on the job injury putting pressure on my lower vertebrae and getting worser my primary care doctor he found the problem which the workman's comp doctor couldn't find it the workman's comp doctor said that I had a lower sprained back. with these injuries that I sustained on my job. my primary care doctor wants to put me on disability. but the workman's comp doctors didn't add that in their medical notes. I'm wondering does the workman's comp insurance provider, and the employer, that you work for and the doctors that treat you They want To keep you at work so they can save money wouldn't they call that a Network. they're not going to help you medically. your best out instead of dealing with them get you a mouthpiece let them do the talking for you.
