Minerva manages our property is Perris CA. We used Property Express Management and I cannot believe the terrible job they were doing. Constant fighting about hidden fees and taking the tenants side over the landlord on every issue. Minerva came in and reviews the contract, immediately noticing shady parts here and there. Have been using Corral Investments and Realty for months and could not be happier. They are extremely professional and fast when it comes to issues. They provide detailed reports and do not bug me with every little thing, they handle issues like a real property management should.
