I started this job in October 2020, I was apprehensive of doing this job because I had absolutely no sales background. I started from entry level learning sales and was able to be promoted out to corporate trainer within a week and a half, even after getting promoted there is still constant training and growth with this amazing company. I started working for Corporate Concepts in November 2019. In my previous position I was unhappy, I worked super hard and really wasn’t getting the compensation I thought i deserved. When I started to applying to jobs I told myself that I could do anything as long as someone could guide me just a little bit. When i applied to Corporate Concepts within a day Molly our HR representative had called me and left me a message while I was at work. I realized that this was an actual person and not an automated message like the others I was receiving from other jobs I applied to. I decided to call Molly back and not even 30 seconds in I knew if I could get through the interview process I’d love working there. Fast forward to after they decided to hire me. I was trained for 3 weeks. I was constantly being helped and taught the ins and outs of our business. Having a very strong work ethic Is crucial in a sales position but because of my training I have all the skills to be successful on my own. I went to a conference where I was able to network with other businesses . I learned how to manage my time and my money so much better then I had been doing. I made life long friends and i enjoy waking up and coming to work. Corporate concept has changed my life in the most positive way. I can’t wait to see where else it takes me in my professional career.
