My fiance and I were in the market for a house in Siskiyou County. We had very specific needs, a low budget of 100k as well as being first time home buyers. We contacted Pat Atkins, an agent at Century 21, about a home we were interested in seeing out in Montague. The next day we did a walk through of the home and put down an offer.
