My wife and had a wonderful experience with the folks over at Contemporary Automotive. Jackson Jones is thoughtful and pro-active. He listened carefully so he could find the right way to help us. We were not sure exactly what we wanted but he helped us figure it out, letting us test drive vehicles as needed. We appreciate all that he did for us. His manager, Stephen Shea was also personable and supportive of our truck-buying journey and he really backed up Jackson to make everything go smoothly. It gave us a good feeling to be around people who genuinely cared about our outcome. I recommend Jackson, and Contemporary Automotive, to anyone searching for a great vehicle, in our case a Ram truck. I believe you'll be as glad you found these folks as we are. We'll be back.

I brought my Fiat 500x in to Contemporary Auto to be fix for a serious Issue. Turns out my Fiat was no longer worth putting money into. The service department gave me the bad news and within minutes I was greeted by the sales team.The young salesman's name I believe is Jackson (I apologize if that is not correct). The staff and I mean EVERYONE was so nice and helpful. I have never been to a dealership that cares so much about there customers. I drove home in a new vehicle a 2022 Ford Escape which I love! I recommend there service to everyone! What an experience. One that will not forget. Thank you so much! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I do not recommend this dealership if you are getting warranty work done on your vehicle. My vehicle was in their shop for over 3 weeks for a factory warranty repair. I was not given a loaner vehicle or offered compensation for $1000 worth of rental fees I incurred. Not sure what Dodge or this dealership thinks people should do when their primary vehicle is in the shop for a failure? Should we ride bikes everywhere? When I attempted to contact the service manager, he "answered" me through a technician from the service department - didn't even have the respect or customer service prowess to call me personally. The Dodge dealership in Concord gives you a loaner when your vehicle is being serviced under warranty....just to let you know. Best of luck if you deal with this dealership in Milford - I think they suck. I don't write bad reviews, so for me to write a review like this takes a lot. Hope you have a better day than I'm having.

Just bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe and I had a wonderful experience. The manager, financial advisor and Jackson who sold us the car where all wonderful and worked with me to get the best deal. Jackson looked at so many options for us including but not limited too the 2021 wrangler we bought, a 2023 willy's wrangler, a 2025 grand Cherokee. He was so educational and patient with all my questions. I will 100% be back if I ever need a car again.

I Have used Contemporary a few times. Between the service dept & sales. I Can honestly say they provide superb customer service all the way around. Cody from sales really took an interest in my wants and wishes for a new Jeep and notified me immediately when my unicorn was brought in. I Purchased the vehicle on the spot and I’m super excited. I would recommend Contemporary to anyone searching for a vehicle and wanting a personal experience. Ask for Cody , you won’t regret it. My Thanks and appreciation to the entire staff.

My husband and I are two retirees in our 70s and 80s. We entered the process to buy a newer vehicle, but we put together a list of must haves and set out to find our next vehicle.
Historically, I have hated car buying. The untruths, the fast talk from the salesman, the pressure from the finance guy, the pushing you to something you do not want. All of it, I have always hated the whole process, until two days ago.
We found the vehicle we wanted and contacted Jack Murphy at Contemporary Automotives in Milford, NH. We arrived a little early, but that was not problem. Jack had the car sitting out front waiting for us. He brought us inside to get aquanted, and then we went for the test drive. We were not surprised at how great the car was, and Jack confirmed our choice was a good one, without any pressure, just the facts.
Jack and my husband went back and forth, talking about different features and expenditures. Jack was open to taking anything Jim wanted to the table with his manager, and we were so pleased with everything he brought back to the table. We reached an agreement, and the task was done. We did not have to deal with any high-pressure selling of things we did not need or want. That was tremendous for us!! It was a personal, productive, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
We cannot say enough about the professionalism that Jack displayed. It cannot go unstated that Jack being in his twenty’s and us being 5-6 decades older than him could have been an issue. It was not!!! Jack was professional, but yet personal. What more could you ask for? The age difference was not a problem!
We are so delighted to have enjoyed this whole experience, and if the time comes that we need to get a different vehicle, I would not hesitate to go to Contemporary Automotive as long as we could work with Jack Murphy.

Your guyses service is the best I’ve ever seen this is my second time buying a car from you guys. Great service good communication and got me in and out fast and had everything I wanted in a car. Jackson was the best help there could ever be, he even came out after hours about 6:20 to come help me and ask what I was looking for this was 20 mins after you guys closed he’s the best.
