Our firm has been using Tarrytech since September, 2009, so in writing this review, I speak with years of experience. We began by giving them our IT business and have gotten extraordinary service right from the start. These guys know what they are doing and they genuinely care about helping their customers. I normally get a very quick turnaround on my requests but when they are backlogged, they let you know and so I never worry that my request is being ignored.
Then in December, 2013, we gave them our hosted email business and it is running seamlessly. So, when we needed to upgrade our phone system, we gave them that business, too, in May, 2016. Here's the thing: that transition was not easy but Tarrytech took complete ownership of any problems and made it right, as I knew they would. This was a new undertaking for them and something of a risk. Our firm was the perfect place to do this because we have such confidence in them. In the end, it worked out really well and we are very happy we gave them our business.
For me, it is rare to find the combination of competency and care. Tarrytech offers both.

My company has been using Tarrytech as our IT solution for a few years now. They are unlike any other IT solutions company that I have worked with in the past. They truly have great and fast customer service, all their techs have extensive knowledge in their field, and unlike other companies you can tell that they care about doing right by you. We were so pleased with Tarrytech for IT solutions that we decided to trust them with taking on our company phones with their new VoIP Phone System, and no surprise we are beyond pleased with the result. The migration process and phone system customization was handled by project manager Jerry O., who’s attention to detail, meticulous planning, and great training made the switchover absolutely seamless. We’ve been using the Tarrytech VoIP Phone System for a while now and have no complaints or doubts about our decision to switch. We now receive the same quality service for our phones that we receive for our IT, instead of waiting hours or days for a response from those “big providers”. We’ve just scratched the surface of what their VoIP Phone Solution can do for our company, having the system in the cloud has opened up so many possibilities for improvements. But, as always, with the new VoIP phone system and our regular IT solutions the Tarrytech team is always reaching out to us with new developments that they believe can help us. I’m so grateful to have them as our IT/Phone company!

Tarrytech is in the prevention business and their business has enhanced our business since they have been on board with us. We regard them as an integral part of our operations. As such, we do not think of them as being "in the expense column." They are an investment that continues to pay dividends. I wish I felt that way about all my stocks. Need I say more?
