Horrible. I was never informed that my ex had canceled the mediation. When I inquired as to why I was not told, they said a voicemail was left on my then deactivated phone to let me know. This is after I emailed and spoke to someone to let them know my new phone number.
Then, I was told they let the courthouse know I would like to go through the courts to solve the issue. A month later after I still didnt recieve anything from the courthouse, I called the courthouse.
They were never told, and they were under the impression I was still going to mediation.

Waste of time.
